Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not stored or transmitted unless you explicitly choose to save a measurement.

Free tier accounts retain 7 days of health history. Paid tiers retain data according to the subscription level (90 days to unlimited).

LifeLens is not intended for children under 16 years of age in the UK and EU, or under 13 in other jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child below the applicable age, we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required, to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Our website (prevenza.ai) uses essential cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The LifeLens mobile app does not use cookies.
